3. Service Estimates and Agreements

By approving an estimate or agreement and authorizing us to perform Services, you agree to the specific terms outlined in that document, in addition to these general Terms.
4. Service Guarantees and Warranties
Gamecock Exterminating stands behind the quality of our work. We offer service guarantees on covered pest treatments as outlined in your specific service agreement. If covered pests return between scheduled treatments, we will return to retreat the affected area at no additional charge.
Guarantees apply only when:
- Your account is current and in good standing
- Recommended treatment schedules and follow-up services are maintained
- Customer-recommended preparations and exclusions are completed
- Property conditions have not changed in ways that contribute to pest activity (e.g., new infestations introduced from outside, untreated structural issues)
Specific guarantee terms, covered pests, and exclusions vary by service plan and will be detailed in your service agreement.
5. Recurring Service Contracts
Many of our pest control plans involve recurring services on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. By enrolling in a recurring service plan, you authorize Gamecock Exterminating to schedule and perform Services at the agreed-upon intervals.
Recurring service plans continue until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms described below or in your service agreement. We will provide reasonable notice of upcoming scheduled treatments.
Pricing for recurring services may be adjusted from time to time. We will provide written notice of any price changes before they take effect.
6. Customer Responsibilities and Treatment Access
To ensure safe and effective pest control treatments, customers are responsible for the following:
Property Access
- Provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring treatment
- Be present or arrange access for scheduled appointments when interior treatment is required
- Notify us in advance if access conditions change
Pets
- Inform us of all pets on the property, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and any other animals
- Secure pets in a safe area away from treatment zones during and after application as instructed by our technician
- Cover or remove fish tanks and bird cages if requested before interior treatments
Children and Household Members
- Keep children and other household members away from treated areas until products have dried or for the time period specified by our technician
- Inform us in advance of any household members with chemical sensitivities, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or other health considerations that may affect treatment recommendations
Preparation
- Complete any preparation steps recommended by our team before treatment (such as clearing under sinks, vacuuming, or removing food items from treatment areas)
- Follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technician
Failure to follow these requirements may affect the effectiveness of treatment, the validity of service guarantees, and the safety of household members and pets.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Appointment Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a service or trip fee.
Recurring Service Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring service plan at any time by contacting us by phone or in writing. Cancellations are effective after the next scheduled service unless otherwise agreed. Some service agreements may include early termination terms; please refer to your specific agreement for details.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can address your concerns. In many cases, we will offer to retreat the affected area before issuing a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for completed services where access, preparation, or post-treatment requirements were not met by the customer.
8. Payment Terms
Payment for Services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service interruption, loss of guarantee coverage, and additional fees. We accept commonly used forms of payment as described at the time of service.
9. Intellectual Property
